 Because we built these barns, we know them literally inside out and any issues can be quickly remedied either by us or  our trusted network of tradespeople. 


There is a real sense of community and many wonderful friendships have been made here, but equally each property feels very private. 


Having been tenants ourselves in the past, we wanted to create rental properties that felt luxurious, incorporated green technologies and celebrated the character and agricultural history behind the buildings. 


We have some tenants who have lived here for several years and some for whom the farm is a stopping post between houses. Whatever your situation, we pride ourselves on making you feel at home. Clyst Hydon is a vibrant little community, with

plenty to do- we have a volunteer run village pub, an outdoor swimming pool, a village hall, and lots of gorgeous walks to go on. Many people love the experience of living here so much that they go on to buy property locally.
